anyone in the 300+ range try p90x and is it worth trying?
so ive been trying to eat healthy these last few weeks, ive cut out chips, other snacks like that
ive also been sticking with water(occasionally id throw a dab of real lemon in to it to mix it up a bit.) and i havent had any fast food.
ive been surprised that i havent seen any improvement from that alone
i also do a daily 30min walk and for the last week and a half ive been doing walk off the pounds
and still the daily fluctuations im seeing dont seem out of the ordinary,
anyway,
i mentioned this to one of my friends and he said i could borrow his dvds for p90x i just need to get some resistance bands
he says its a great workout and from what ive seen on youtube it is, but i hear its hard even for athletes let alone big people
so im curious if anyone in the 300+ range has tried p90x and if its been worthwhile
