Default Hi friends! It's not goodbye, more like "see you later"
After about 20 days at the same weight, I caved in and decided to try something different -- and have now gotten well into my 140s, but I am sad to say that for me, this did not include carb counting. I am now doing something else. I will still peek in to see how it is going for everyone and have deeply enjoyed the mutual support of this forum.

Hope everybody has a fantastic week! Keep up that good work losing those pounds!

Thanks everyone! I've got a little farther to go than where the goal on my ticker says -- but getting there will be a personal milestone for me, so I'm focused on that for the moment. I guess no matter which way we try managing our weight, it's hard to get to that goal!
