Hello,
So m new here and am finally deciding to take action and lose my baby fat. I just started using the Insanity Workout and Flirty Girl Fitness.

Hi! I saw the commercial for Insanity and it looks great! I was really debating on buying it. I'm a whimp when it comes to exercising. Best wishes!

Thank you. So am I. I decided that I would rather do an intense workout for less time than an easy workouts over a longer period of time.
