Default Peeling off my fat suit 1lb at a time..

Hey guys,
I'm Dani. My weight history is pretty simple. I was born premature and underweight. My mother and grandmother fed the crap out of me, and by 6 months I was totally normal on the growth chart. Unfortunately, they didn't stop worrying and overfeeding, and soon enough I picked up where they left off.

I had great success with weight watchers a few years ago. I lost 65lbs and felt fantastic. Unfortunately, I got comfortable, starting freestyling, and the rest is history.

Fortunately, I've learned from my past mistakes. I'm doing weight watchers again (on my own for now), and so far so good. I decided to seek out additional support here because it seemed like a cool place. Hopefully at some point I can begin fine tuning my eating in terms of whole foods. Mentally, I'm in the right frame of my mind, and I'm feeling good.

I'm ready to live my life! Thanks for the support. I hope I can share some in return.

Good luck to you! I'm glad to see you here. We all fall off the horse time to time, but I'm glad to see you getting back on.

Seems like you are already off to a great start- excellent job on already losing 15 pounds! Seeing other people losing weight (rather it is 5 or 100+ pounds) gives me confidence and hope I can follow suit too.

Good luck on your continuing journey.
