I am so discouraged! I have been doing so well, and I am so proud of myself, but my scale has done nothing for 3 weeks now! I was losing so steadliy in the beginning, and now, nothing. I will lose a pound and be excited, then step on the scale the next day and its BACK!
I've heard SO many people on here say that they 'up their calories' during a time during this, but I am terrified it will back fire on me.
Has anyone increased their calorie intake to move past a plateau?
Or, what other things have you done to move past a plateau?
