My name is Shareena or Share and I am currently located in Atlantic Beach or more commonly known as Jacksonville FL. I am 24, close to 25 and I am currently a student of Court Reporting and looking for a part time job. I have tried working out at gyms, but I just do not like the atmosphere at them. It doesn't help that the only two local gyms have a lot of people that I have known use them.
So it's easier for me to work out away from the gym and either be outside or use dvds. I have quite the personal gym in my room, thanks to my hatred of gyms. LOL. However, I have been floundering by myself, and I feel like I need someone on this journey with me. Someone that can keep me motivated and would like to workout with me. Maybe even share recipes.
I have been on this forum on and off for a while now, and I felt it was time for me to make my way back to this site and back on the journey to health. I am currently 250, and would like to get down to 200 for now. I am 5'11, and around 200 is the recommended weight for me. I was recommended 180-200 by two different groups.
BTW, does anyone on the forum inline skate / rollerblade? I would really love some pointers, because I am trying to learn!
