Just been weighed out of curiosity as ive not been weighing myself reg as i have felt ive put weight back on............and hey presto i lost 4lb totally shocked

Not to be a bit of a downer but this often happens to me when I have some bad days. I think it's mostly because I retain less water when working out less or something. It's a very artificial thing because if I do it for too long I start to gain fast a week or two down the road. Just my personal experience.
So enjoy the surprise but don't let it get you complacent!
You can easily get into the mindframe of - "well, I didn't eat so well and I lost 4 pounds, I might as well continue eating poorly so that I can lose another 4 pounds".
Ummm, yeah, it doesn't work that way.
It was most likely a delayed reaction & the result of some previous weeks "good" behaviors.
So I agree. Enjoy the surprise and use it to motivate you and re-commit to doing all that you can to be healthy and shed the excess weight.
