Hey guys, back again, haven't been to this site in a verrrrry long time, giving atkins another try, today is day 3 induction, and I'm proud to say, I'm doing well, been type 2 diabetic for numerous years (non-compliant) I finally got a normal reading this am, 134 yippy LOL, need lots of support and encouragement.
