Default high volume / low cal. favorites

What are your favorite low cal. but high volume foods (or recipes)? For example, I have found snacking on sliced fennel beats plain old celery - but the calories are very similar.

Also: In the blender throw a sprinkle of crystal lite, a handful of ice, a splash of milk, and you get a filling low cal. smoothie.

And I've found some very interesting low calorie foods in Asian markets. Anyone use konnyaku?

I'm all about cucumbers slice 'em, dice 'em...dip them in some jazzed up yogurt or low fat salad dressing...or just sprinkle with pepper and vinegar.
