This week was a huge accomplishment for me!
This was the first week of my exercise and food routine and I have to say it's been rough! I have been having such BAAAADDDD cravings for food especially near Friday. But I just kept putting myself off and telling myself Saturday was only a day away. Saturday brought TOM and such pain

But now it's Sunday, feel a lot better, drinking more water (actually craving more water!) and I did all the required exercise plus a little bit more! I am actually VERY proud of myself for this week. I know most people may be like, so it's just a week, and some have been (not here of course) but I am proud of this accomplishment and for hanging in there!
And a big thanks to all of you! All of your suggestions and your support has been amazing! You are such sweet people and I know I couldn't have done it without you! Thanks all!
