Default What are you plans for the big 100?

Hey guys. I know some of you have less than a 100lbs to lose but Im super close to hitting my 100lb loss, and wondering what are your plans for hitting your 100lbs or even 50lbs? I want to do something to mark my progress but not sure what.

I wasn't planning anything for 50 - I was more going to do a reward at 75 lbs...

Now you have me thinking...

100 pounds lost will put me pretty much at my goal weight. And my reward for that is going to be a shopping spree - I'm saving up already, and socking money away for each pound lost. I'm buying every single cute piece of clothing that I've always wanted but never fit into, lol.

Then, for every year I've maintained, I'm going to treat myself to something. I just don't know what yet.

A shopping spree and new wedding photos. It breaks my heart that on one of my happiest days all I see is FAT, so I can't wait to alter my dress (or get a new one) and do a photo shoot

I'm thinking I might get engaged. Maybe. We'll see.

For sure, I want to take pole dancing lessons. There is a studio in town that I wanted to try out when they first opened but there is no way i was doing it at 260lbs.

Oh. And I'm buying some super cute outfit and going home to see my family.

I'm a long way off, but I've always wanted a Digital SLR. It's probably a good thing I've just started, considering how much I'm going to have to save to reward myself. :]

I'm going to... call my family and tell them I lost 100lbs! Haha... I'm afraid to tell them that I've been losing weight because they are big teasers and I never wanted them to take notice of my weight in the first place.

And donate all my fat clothes somewhere.

Actually I might celebrate with a road trip. I absolutely love just driving places and it would be a fun reward for myself. Yeah, that's what I'll do!

I wasn't going to do anything for a 50 lb loss because by then I'll be so close to goal, but when I get under 200 I am revamping my makeup! A lot of it is old and gross, so I'm tossing it all out and going to the MAC store and starting over Can't wait! And once I reach goal I am buying new clothes. Maintaining for 1 year will likely be a new elliptical or treadmill. I have an elliptical now, but I've had it for a year already, so after 3 years of 5 day/week usage it might need replacing. If not, I'll just get a treadmill

ETA: Just saw your ticker OP and wanted to say congrats on losing so much! You are so close to that 100 pound mark!!! It's always an inspiration to me when I'm having a bad day to come on here and see so many ladies who have accomplished such a great weight loss. It sort of hits me over the head like, yes, they can do it, you can too So congrats, you are great inspiration Have fun with your reward!

I got a hair cut and brow wax at 50. I'm planning on a new purse at 75 (assuming i have a job by then). I don't know yet for 100. Gosh, I think reaching 100 IS the reward. I can't even describe how happy I'll be. Congrats on being so close!

I'm coming up on my 100 pound loss, too! That's also when I reach goal (or if anything I'll have 5 to 10 more to lose after that, still not sure). My reward for goal is a massive shopping spree, but lately, I've been thinking that 100 pounds deserves a special celebration of its own because who knows how long it will take me to lose the last 10 anyway. I'm curious to see other responses so I can steal 'em

Congrats Pammy! You're RIGHT THERE!

Pammy... I keep going over the possibilities... I know that in a few more pounds I'm going to reward myself for getting to onderland...but mostly because I need a pair of jeans and I am still wearing the same bras I wore 82 pounds ago... I keep trying to hold out for 199

Pammy- What about a trip to see your boyfriend since he lives far away?

I read it here and it was a great idea. Donate 100 pounds of food to your local food bank!

I think that may very well be one of the most rewarding things for me. Not necessarily my entire family, but the next time I see my mom I want to be be as fit as possible. She was the one who has always tried pushing me to get in shape, and while it effected my desire to excercise on my own at a younger age, now I realize how amazing it was that she cared for me so much.

I will be SO excited to see her reaction when that day comes.

I'm also a closet excerciser, so now I know all about the teasing as well with the other family members, which is why I think it would mean less to me if they know.
