Well, I gave herbalife a try for a month and yes it did work. I lost 9 lbs in a month. But, I ran out of the shake and supplements and did not have them for 4 days and I gained 1 lb. So now what I am doing so my body will not be so dependent on the supplements, I am calorie counting. So far it is going well. I still have my herbalife shake for breakfast, then eat a low calorie lunch and dinner. I am still keeping my calories below 1500 and exercising for at least 30 mins 4 days a week. Hope this works!
