I am starting my first week tomorrow on Herbalife. I am planning on a shake for breakfast, snack, shake for lunch, snack, and 400-500 dinner. What is your daily calorie intake? How are you using the berbalife product? I would love someone to do this with me. I am encouraged by your success. I need to loose 30lbs, and would love to do that by June.

Not to be a downer... but I received a random email on facebook from someone that had seen my weight loss pics on the Jillian Micheals fan page. She said she had lost 115 lbs on Herbalife and then as soon as she went off she gained it all back!!! So maybe make sure that you are making plans for when you are no longer taking Herbalife? That way you can keep your weight loss going!

Hello all,
Well, I gave herbalife a try for a month and yes it did work. I lost 9 lbs in a month. But, I ran out of the shake and supplements and did not have them for 4 days and I gained 1 lb. So now what I am doing so my body will not be so dependent on the supplements, I am calorie counting. So far it is going well. I still have my herbalife shake for breakfast, then eat a low calorie lunch and dinner. I am still keeping my calories below 1500 and exercising for at least 30 mins 4 days a week. Hope this works! Wish me luck

I did Herbalife in high school and it taught me nothing at all. I have gained it all back plus more.

Rasta4life I think you have the right idea by the looks by controlling your calories etc.

I wish you all the best! x
