Just sayin hi!
Hey folks, I haven't been posting lately but I hope everyone's doing well on their weight loss!
This past summer I found I was spending most of my waking hours obsessing about weight loss. I looked up the calories for and logged every morsel I ate, I read 2 weight loss forums and posted on both. Whatever time wasn't being spent online obsessing about weight loss was being spent reading weight loss books, exercising, calculating and logging calorie burned, shopping for food, preparing food and cleaning up after food preparation or eating! I don't want to live like that.
I've stopped dieting. I just make more good choices now than bad ones. The weight's dropping slowly but it's going down. I'll be under 200 soon and I'm looking forward to wearing a smaller size this summer. I still weigh daily and eat tons of veggies but other than that, I've stopped obsessing and gotten my life back. =)
Now that I'm back to a more balanced lifestyle, I'll stop in and say hi more often.
