Default have any of you had this problem...

Since I have started to really push myself on weight watchers more and workout more I have noticed that my face is breaking out 100 times more than it has in the past. I really noticed it this week. I drink only water, wash my face before and after I hit the gym (I work in NYC so the air is just super dirty) and I am crazy about changing my pillowcases everyday…can we say OCD? Anyway I was wondering if this is happening to anyone else…

Thanks

Yeah, even as a teenager (last year)...I didn't get acne...and recently I have been noticing mild acne.

I've actually noticed quite the opposite. I suggest only washing your face after the gym though. The more you wash it the more it dries out the more your face produces oil to make up for it. Something like that anyway. Maybe that will help?

Yeah, I've noticed the opposite on my face; it's actually been pretty clear lately. I agree with the washing your face just after the gym. I only use water on my face too... no soap or crazy stuff. Seems to work just fine.

Did you ever think that maybe its your laundry detergent? If you're washing your pillowcase that much, it may be affecting your skin.

My initial thought is that your body is probably cleaning out all of the toxins in your body. Between working out, eating well and flushing your system with all of the water you've been drinking I find that my face tends to break out pretty bad when I have started diets over again or if I really start crossing my i's and dotting my t's.
