I'm actually doing very well on it, as I did the process slowly and so it wan't so much of a shock to my body.
Anyway, I'm ok throughout the day, I'm busy and even before I started my healthy diet and excercise 6mths ago, I didn't eat too much during the day.
I have filling breakfast, lunch and dinners and fruit as snacks....but it's just the evenings!! If I'm busy with college or other things- I'm ok!
But them evenings when the kids are in bed and everything's 'calmed down' I just get awful cravings for chocolate! I'm not hungry. I know that.
I've tried water, fruit, raisins, Ryvita crisp bread (these seem to work a bit) but nothing quite hits the spot!! lol
Any ideas of really low cal choccies?? Please bear in mind that by the evening I only have about 100 calories to play with, left over
