Hello everyone!
So, I am new to this whole blogging and diet journaling thing. I currently went through some really rough times and gained about 30 pounds. I am hoping by writing and having to come to a group of people with my daily diet it will help me follow it a little better. I will do good then I always fall back into my emotional eating habits. I hope by the end of my blogging I can get my weight down to 130 pounds and I can live a happy healthy life. I know once I get started my days will become easier I just need a little jump start and something to keep me motivated. Thank you for providing a site where I can get the support I need!
