Hi, everybody! I am sooooo excited to FINALLY join this site. I have been looking at this site for months and I have finally decided to do a little less talking and little more doing!

I am 24 yo and weigh 239 lbs at 5'8". I currently have a goal of 199 lbs (I just want to see the one hundreds again people!) because I cannot remember the last time I weighed less then 200 lbs. The last time I was very happy with my body was sophomore year in high school. I was running track, and I weighed 202 lbs. My body was in good shape, and I was feeling really healthy. Here I am almost 10 years later and nearly 40 pounds heavier looking for a way out. I am going to South Beach Miami April 15th, so I reeeaalllly want to look good and feel better about myself. I am not looking for a miracle, but I would like to lose 20 lbs in the next 6 weeks. I just started Dr. Ian Smith's 4 day diet yesterday and so far . I am so glad to be on here because it feels good to see that I am not the only one struggling and I need some support.
