Default Well, it's March

I am not where I wanted to be. Had a few set backs but things are looking up. I am in ketosis again. My clothes are getting looser. It will probably be another summer with capri pants and not shorts but I'm ok with that. Maybe next fall and winter will bring smaller jeans sizes! I'm a happy gal as long as I have hamburger patties in my freezer Its great to come here and have support....we have a good group of people here Thanks for being there for me!

I'm still shooting for a shorts summer -- even though I don't really like wearing shorts and will still prefer skirts or maybe capris. There is plenty of time to kick it into high gear and set a higher goal. We still have March, April, and May....really June for me, I'm cold natured! So I'm looking at 3 1/2 months to get close to where I really want to be. I'm going for it!

I second that thanks for all the support here. It's been invaluable to me too.

Yes, it is exciting when you look at it that way. 3 months is a lot of pounds.

You guys are doing great! I really like the idea of thinking of how much smaller I will be in 3 months. It'll never be a "shorts" summer for me as I really hate my legs (lots of broken veins, etc.) but I'm really hoping to be in a size 12S jeans by June instead of the 14S I'm in now. (The 14S jeans are a bit loose on me now, so hopefully....)

I still seem to have mine -- it's from the Ticker Factory though. Maybe only certain ones are missing for a while.

Mandalinn (sp?) reported it to the 3FC tech team. Non-3FC tickers are were not affected.

Thanks, Leslie, I hope you are right!

One thing I am noticing about this WOE is that I'm really loving my omelettes a lot. Which is good because they give me a good balance of protein and fat and help fill me up for several hours. Anyone else find they are really liking eggs on this way of eating? I just feel like I like them even better now than I used to.

Yes I love eggs too! I eat bacon and sausage too. I know its best not to eat some of these things but they are quick and easy and low carb... I stay in ketosis anyway.

What is *wrong* with eggs, bacon or sausage?!?!

answer: Nothing!! Sure haven't stopped my weight loss. I have eggs every day and bacon at least every other day. YUM!
