So I've been working on this weight loss/lifestyle change since August now. I was doing good... had gotten down to 192 lb, and had everything in control eating healthy and exercising. Then about mid-December I went to stay with my mom for a couple weeks, and from there it went downhill eating-wise. I was just working on getting back on track in January when right there in the beginning I got struck with a lot of financial issues because my car kept breaking down. Then I was just buying cheap food, so my eating healthy went back downhill again, and then I got sick, which lasted the duration of January and February. I had flu/bronchitis/whathaveyou, and no energy. So I was lethargic for about 2 months, and now I'm back up to 205 lbs which is where I was in October. BLAH!
Minor setback, I know, but it's so hard to get back into it. The exercise is getting easier now that I have my breath back, and I've been walking a lot each day. Today was my first day back in at C25K and I did it without coughing, so I'd say I'm back to 90% health sickness-wise. I'm just so hungry though! I forgot how hard it was to get back into the kick of eating healthy and 1300 calorie days.
I just went through my fridge and cupboards and threw away everything that would be a temptation to me. Not much; but it doesn't need to be there. Any other suggestions? I feel like I'm starting all over again.
