Default Body for Life

Is anyone else doing Body for life? I did body for life in 2008 and lost 16lbs in 6 weeks but then I changed jobs and moved at the same time and stopped...gained it all back and THEN SOME! This time I've only lost 10lbs in 6 weeks BUT I didnt do weights last time and this time I am so I am hoping some of this is muscle weight. Just wondering if anyone else is doing Body for life?

I am doing the workout portion. I have the journal. I bought a used copy and it just had the first few pages filled in.
I just started today! Most of the lower body exercise I can't do so I'm adapting it.

I love this journal!
I'm adapting - I can't do abs or lower body - it but it's very helpful having a place to write each day. It felt so good to wake up and have that to look foward too.
Today is my cardio day.
I love that it only takes 20 minutes. My son usually likes to finish a tv show so I sit and stretch for the rest of the time.

I did 20 minutes last night. I was SO tired, I could not do it in intervals pushing myself like the plan says.

Today is upper body but I plan to do the treadmill again too.

The journal is so helpful! I would encourage you to purchase a new or "gently used" one and a bottle of white out.
