I am new to this site but have been a beacher for 16 months now. I started 1 year ago October but over the past few months I have been really slacking. My husband has a huge sweet tooth and has twisted my arm on several occasions to jump the track
In the beginning I lost 37 pounds......7 of those dreaded pounds has managed to find its way back. I love love love south beach diet and I am ready to get this extra weight back off for good. I just want to give all of you other newbies a little word of encouragement. The first few days is touch and go but you can do it!! Before you know it the weight is melting off and you find yourself enjoying healthy treats that dont make you feel guilty. When I was looking my best I ate ALL the time and the weight just kept coming off. What other diet do you know of where you can eat so much?!?!!?
Anyway, I am making a come back and started phase one today. I hope to have just as much success this time as I did the first time. I spent 5 hours last night just reading posts and I gotta say I am stoked about finding all of you!
