Hey everyone!
Im also new on the IP! I've been reading post about everyones success stories and it really motivated me!! Im so glad I found this thread!
Last year I use to weigh 130 and I was really fit and toned then all of a sudden I went up to 180 I hit 185 and new I needed to do something ASAP. A couple people told me about the Ideal Protein so I figured I would try it and I love how doctors moniter you. I am on day 4 of the diet and so far I can tell a little in my stomach and have been really motivated to workout a lot!
Cant wait to hear everyone elses success stories!
