Slim In 6 Challenge

    I started Slim In 6 today. Anyone want to join me? I can't believe the workout you get. Just watching the routine, it doesn't look/seem hard. But it really kicks your butt. Mine at least. LOL

    I plan on doing SI6 6 - 7 days a week. I also go to the gym 6 days a week (alternate cardio/strength days) for 1 hour.

  • Hi and thanks! I switched workouts. LOL I heard so much about Jillians 30 Day Shred, and bought it. I have been doing her routine. Day 8, 22 to go!
