Default New to the forum and looking for some guidance!

Hi!
I just recently lost 30-35 pounds with the help of body wraps and exercise (I won't name the brand of body wrap because I'm not sure if that is allowed, but they are FANtastic)! I'm down to 220 with a goal of 150. What is the best way to use this forum? Will it really work to keep me motivated? Sorry to sound like such a "newbie"....but I am!

hey southelectric! i'm fairly new to this site, have been looking around for about a month and recently started posting. i have found it nice to read other people's personal struggles and can relate to a lot of them. if i have a bad day i can come on here and "vent" or just get tips on things to try. if you are going to follow a specific diet there are forums to chat w/ other users on the same plan. there are also posts that have thought provoking questions hope this helps and good luck!!
