Default Your favorite (free) online food journal/diet log?

Hi all,

First of all never got to say thanks for all the helpful answers last time I posted, so thank you! Now I have another one for you all...

Which online food journal or diet log do you like the best?

I really need to get back into tracking what I eat so I thought I'd try doing that online. Preferably would like the option to log weight and other elements like exercise but not required. Most of all if there is one that works with/has an app for Blackberry that would be ideal because I could log in anytime!

So which are your faves?

I like My Fitness Pal. (Shove together without those spaces!) It has a large database and incorporates exercise tracking into food tracking. It has an IPod application, so chances are there is a BB one too!

I'm pretty attached to fitday. you can see how you're doing on your vitamins, too. they have computer software you can download or buy, but i'm not sure about an app.

I use sparkpeople.. personally, I think it's awesome! You can follow their meal plan (based on what you like, your measurements, etc) or just enter in your own. You can also track weight & measurements, exercise, and any nutrients you'd like. I'm not sure if they have a blackberry app, but they do have a mobile version that I use if I need to
