So I have recently decided to take control of my weight, and start to exercise more often, eat smaller portions, and cut the junk food out of my life. I want to remain motivated, and I think to get there, I am going t have to set some serious goals. Therefore my first goal is to drop 15 pounds by the end of March! Any tips?
What helps me is to write down EVERYTHING I eat, and to measure everything on a food scale. Have you thought about what type of plan you want to do? For example, counting calories or carbs or points. Or, are you going to eat the same but cut out some of your higher calorie items?
I’m just starting to get in control but I also want to lose 15 pounds by the end of March. I have started to use the treadmill everyday and I’m trying to avoid the kind of foods that make me lose control. In addition, I’m focusing on portion control and increasing my veggies while reducing meats from my diet
15 pounds by the end of March is pretty ambitious but you may be able to do it , the average weight loss is about 2 pounds a week it will vary by the individual however.
ok septemberlove im with u lets do it
ill be posting my weight daily so see my progress and im going bakc to the gym from monday so hopefully 15 lbs will be doable
oh i would love to loose 12 pounds by the end of march! this is going to be hard! For me this means working out 5 days a week and not overeating for even a couple days since I lose one pound a week a good amount. 2 pounds every week till the end of march I sure am going to try!

and my tip would be to at least have an idea how many calories you are eating and how many you should eat to lose weight healthy. and for working out I suggest making it to the gym 4-6 times a week and doing what you can. I could only jog on the treadmill for about 5 minutes when I started then I had to walk.

Since I was trying to lose 10 in February, and at this point am only at 6, I am also going to shoot for 15 by the end of March. I've been exercising and eating right (except for going over my calories on sushi and sake last night), so sooner or later I should be seeing a big drop.
