hi all! i'm new here and this is my first post on 3FC. i'm totally loving the wealth of information on various diets and everything else inbetween!
ANYWAY, i'm writing here because i'm overwhelmed by which exercise dvd i should follow (dumb question?). i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what worked for them, if they noticed results such as: weight loss and if you became toned, etc. i'm a exercise junkie, i am easily swayed by various workout dvds, hence i now have a collection of turbo jam, zumba, 30 day shred, a couple of old firm videos, kettlenetics, gilad quick fit system, and taebo (the one with the weighted bar). i'd like to know if any of you have tried any of these and which one would you suggest?
