Hey Everyone!

I was just thinking about something today... whenever I get depressed over only losing 1 lb in 3 weeks (my own darn fault anyway, but that's neither here nor there! lol) I just find something that weighs one pound and carry it around. If I'm sad, I get something 10 or 20 (the total i've lost) pounds and try to carry that around for a bit....

that usually gives me some strength and confidence to go on!
