Default Somthing Strange Happened When Exercising Today

so i was exercising today..doing my 30 min cardio video and i noticed my body wasn't acting like it usually do when i exercise.my heart rate went up terribly fast,i was exhausted very soon,my new-found endurance was shot, and after the workout, i was somewhat foaming at the mouth..idk what was wrong with me...is this normal?! i know the difference between challenging myself and stopping when i really need to..and i really needed to stop cuz my heart was beating so fast & hard, my chest started to hurt.idk..i just didnt feel right AT ALL.

i workout 5x a week 30 min average, doing 30 day shred, jullian micheal dvds, walk away the pounds or exercisetv.com vids if that helps any..

Did you have a falling feeling or feel anxiety? Maybe you had an anxiety attack? I had one of those totally out of the blue, while riding a bike, but it doesn't sound exactly the same as your experience.

I would get it checked out by a doctor, certainly if it happens again. It sounds scary to me! It could be a lot of things, like an irregular heartbeat. My mother developed that and the doctor had her wear a heart rate monitor for a few days. It helped her figure out what sort of situations caused it, and it eliminated other things that were more serious.

Did eat enough? Were you well hydrated? This has happened to me before, but only once or twice, unless it continues on a regular basis, I really don't think it's anything to worry about...

You might try eating something about an hour before you workout. I find that when I have that snack an hour beforehand my workouts are much better and I'm able to maintain a higher intensity.

Good luck and if it keeps happening definitely see a doctor.

Are you sick? Have you donated blood recently? Have you started your period? Do you smoke cigarettes or weed? I dunno, there's a lot of things it could be. If this was a completely normal day and this happened out of no where, perhaps go to the doc and ask what the dealio is.
