Hey Sarah! Congratulations on your decision to get healthy! It's going to be a long difficult journey but I'm sure you know that! I have a weight loss goal similar to your's. When I officially started dieting last year was after I went to the doctor's office. I weighed in at 311 pounds. I almost died on the spot of shock. I lost 30 pounds over the summer and then proceeded to put some of it back on again. My goal is to be at 145 and I would really like to get most off before my birthday, which hopefully I will be celebrating in Vegas! Plane rides are terrible for me too, it's just so awkward and I always pray I get the aisle seat, I'll take being bumped in the arm with the cart over being squished in the middle! I've lost 12 pounds in the last 3 weeks, which seems pretty fast but I've been counting calories and trying to exercise at least 30 min a day. I thought it was going to be horrible but it's truly not that bad! I would suggest counting calories, works for me!
