Default Hi Guys! I'm a work at home new mom who needs to lose 140 lbs. Looking for friends!

I would love to get to chat with others you have a lot of weight to lose, or those you have lost a lot of weight. I see a lot of people with 15 pounds to lose, it may be a crisis to you, but you are already skinny to me! I work from home and have a 7 month old son. So as you can tell I dont have time to go out and make friends. Also, this is my husbands home town and I know no one here. Except for some facebook friends, I get pretty lonely sometimes and then I bake... then I eat... So, I think thats what wrong with my diet, I don't have others to talk to about it. Geesh, I sound like a charity case... I would just like to talk about the ups and downs and share tips. I used to be a semi-pro weightlifter in my late teens and very early twenties and used to be hot stuff. So, I have all the knowledge but none of the willpower anymore. Plus, it would be great to vent a little when it feels like all I do is work and have no energy. (my husband can only hear so many times!)

Thanks everyone! I cant wait to add a bunch of people as friends and start my transformation back to super healthy..and super hot!

some typo in the title....new MOM not new home!

Hello! There are a lot of us around in a similar position. Some of the most motivating men and women I have ever "met" hang out in the 100+ club and the 300+ club. You'll get great advice, awesome support and you won't feel so alone. We even have some pretty funny threads over there where we poke fun at the things we hate about being morbidly obese.

I hope you look around and find what you are looking for.

Thanks mescelestus! You have come a long way! My problem is always starting. I can never be "good" for than a week. If I could just stay strong look enough to keep the junk out of my system and get hooked on excersize again.

Default you can do it!

It's always hard the first day and the first week, I already choose the wrong food item today, and it's my first day.... but that's OK because I cant kick myself in the butt. I just have to pick myself up and choose better next time!
You can do it!
Welcome to the website!
