Default Bad Week...

This week i came down with walking pnemonia, that means no excersize. But whats worse is that my calorie intake has been through the roof!I haven't had the energy to make anything so fast food it is. I've been doing so well for about a month and now it's all down the drain.I'm so sad and i don't know how to get my motivation back after 5 days of eating crap and too much of it. I know better than to do this, I don't know why i let myself slip.

Go to the store and get a bunch of soups at least instead of fast food. So it can be made "faster" but it's not the really bad food.

Also you could try easy to eat fruit, salads, etc.. They will probably help to get you feeling better and lift your mood. Fast food doesn't help your motivation it kills it. If you must do fast food do it healthy, go to subway and get a veggie delite, get one of the salads at McDonalds w/o cheese and creamy dressing, etc. Good luck!

Don’t worry sweetie, everyone gets off track when they are sick. And I know for me, if I’m not working out, I’m like, why bother eating healthy? But there are a ton of quick, healthy things you can eat rather than fast food…soup is a good idea. The progresso soup is SO yummy!

Let yourself be sick, you can't control that. But you should eat better since it will help you get better as well. I definitely agree with the soup suggestion--easy and much healthier than fast foods!

Thanks girls. Offically forgiven myself and I'm back on track today. I guess being sick was an excuse I used to fall off the wagon, but instead of throwing in the towel lke i normally would and resort to my bad habits, I'm moving forward and today's a new day. Thanks for the support!
