Encouragement needed
So after losing 60 lbs I think I've reached my first plateau. I've been fluctuating at the same weight for 3 weeks. Maybe its because I haven't been as dedicated as I should be. So I'm going to recommit myself to tracking....(I'm already working out, I'm training for my first half marathon in April).
It's just so frustrating. There are so many temptations out there. Why does junk food have to taste so good?
