My name is Michelle, I'm 27y/o, and I just joined. I started to lose weight the last part of last year and lost about 12lbs, but have been plateau-ing for about 2-3months. So I'm renewing my commitment to weight loss this month, and this seems like a great site to find support and suggestions.
I've been regurlary going to the gym (3-5 times a week), but I let my eating get carried away over the holidays. The only reason I maintained the 12lb weight-loss was probably because even though my eating was off course, I still went to the gym. I'm currently at 200lbs, and my goal is to get down to 150.
