Smile New Member Looking For some Buddies on SB Diet.
Hi,

I just found this site and am looking forward to all of the great information you have all shared here. I started South Beach phase 1 last Friday. The week is going well. I am waiting for my book so I really am just going by what I have read online.

There truly are some inspiring people on here. Thanks for sharing.

Would love to team up with some people to learn more about South Beach and to help each other on this weight loss journey.

I'm glad you are going to read the book, it will help immensely with understanding the hows and whys of this plan. Please feel free to join in any thread here and don't hesitate to ask questions. Everyone is willing to help and you'll find plenty of support and encouragement here.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I am pleased to have a place where I have so many resources at my fingertips. Thank you all.

When I posted I wondered if it was in the wrong place. Oopsie, I will learn.

Jumped on the scale this morning and I am 8 pounds lighter than I was last Friday. I am so excited. My mind set good right now. I am really looking forward to this journey.
