Default Best Lunch - I'm stuffed and on Plan!

WW Santa Fe Rice and beans 6pt. Microwaved on a huge bed on spinach and then once hot a put a heaping scoop of Costco Pico on it. Just what I needed. yesterday nothing satisfied but today this was so yummy. When in a hurry I like to add to a frozen dinner without adding points.

I have not updated my stats but I was down 13lbs in January. I feel bad bragging in real life but having this support makes it okay to celebrate mini goals. Other than my hubby the rest of my world is probably sick of hearing diet talk.

Thanks for the idea of adding to a frozen dinner. I've been HOOKED on a couple low-point Lean Cuisine meals, but sometimes I'm still a little hungry. A bed of spinach is just the thing!

My favorite frozen meal: LC Rosemary Chicken. YUM. I think it's 5 points.

what a great idea. i've added items to the side of an entree before, but never right into it. i will have to try that. and spinach is always a great choice - thanks!

That's a good idea! I wonder if it would taste right with baby spinach? Because I love my baby spinach, uncooked in salads. Mmmmmmm. *drools* I'm crazy over the stuff! *lol*

Oh yum! That sounds amazing. I had the Smart Ones Chicken Santa Fe for lunch yesterday. It tasted like ketchup to me. Weird..

yeah i like to add lots of frozen veggies to my frozen meals.. i can almost double what im eating without doubling my points.
