Hello everypeeps.

  • I am new to 3FC but not new to being chubby. I have done weight watchers, that worked but, blimey o'reilly was I bored of counting points. Most of the weight I lost thru WW has crept back on. I looked at Lighter life and thought " no thanks, too expensive". So I am now waiting for Paul McKenna to drop thru my letterbox to give me some help. Well not him in person but his book Fingers crossed.
    I have sat down and thought about what my problems with food are and basically I am a pig who eats too much and too quickly. I eat when I am bored, I eat subconciously and I eat when I am on the computer or watching telly. All of my teeth are sweet and I am addicted to cheese. I was always made to clear my plate when I was a kid and those habits have remained with me.
    So hello to everyone out there and wish me luck but not pastries
  • Hi, there! I just joined last week. I can soooo relate to everything you said...boredom eating...eating in front of the telly/computer, etc.! This is a fantastic website, with great people! Good luck and welcome.

  • You are in for the journey of a lifetime. Welcome and jump on any of the threads. I don't feel so new anymore because it's been almost a month. I'm on everyday because the support, information and encouragement have helped me stay focused. I've not cheated because I get more than enough. I count calories and the information and support is fabulous.
