I've noticed since I've been here that a lot of you use rewards for reaching goals and mini goals...I haven't really done that and I'm thinking I at least need to get one whopper of a reward after I've lost the last 25-35 and am at goal. I just can't come up with anything that just gets me...

People will ask me if I'm excited and I'm definitely happy with losing 95lbs., but I wouldn't jump up and down about it...maybe in the back of my mind, I'm too afraid I'll gain it back, I dunno...think I'd be a little more thrilled yanno?? LOL...

Maybe a weekend away by myself? Hmmmm.....

Congrats! You should be thrilled and I think a reward is in order. I don't know what you like but what about a day at the spa, or a shopping trip for new clothes with your best friend, mom, significant other to celebrate.

Is there something you have been wanting a new bike, a new tv, or something that you wouldn't normally by yourself.
