Well, I stayed the same. No loss, but no gain either. At first, I was pretty mad. I really felt like I'd lost some weight when I put my pants on this morning. I mean, I'm doing everything right, right?
Then, I got to really thinking about it.

I was over a total of about seven points for the week, thanks to my not planning ahead re: the steak. I have not hit my water goal of 96 oz. one single time. Some days, I haven't even hit the WW minimum of 48 oz. Besides running up and down the hallways all day at school, I have not done a lick of real exercise in weeks. It's a small wonder I didn't GAIN this week!
I have a goal of 213 by Sept. 12. That's 10.5 lbs! If I'm gonna make it, I'd better get crackin'!
