I bought some Atkins books!!!

  • I went to the bookstore and got books about Atkins, and a cookbook with complete meals that are okay for induction, and a journal where I can record what I'm eating and how I'm feeling and stuff.

So the rest of this weekend, I'm going to stick my nose in these books and try to become smart about Atkins! Then I won't have to bug you guys so much with all my questions!
  • Oh you'll enjoy them for sure!!

I work at a library, so I borrow mine for free. Right now, I've read "The All-New Atkins Advantage" (gave me very good direction) & am now reading - and REALLY enjoying - is "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution". I also have "Dr. Atkins' Quick & Easy New Diet Cookbook" which has some good jumping-off recipes in it.

Have fun & be empowered by the information in these books
