so I was following this forum religiously until winter brk and then i just sorta let go. Being here helped me lose the weight and gave me tons of motivation. All you gals and guys are awesome. And I am requesting you to kick me in the butt for falling off the bandwagon.
So anyways -- i joined this forum in Oct with 178lbs. My ultimate goal is to be in 130s.
My mini goal was to be in 150s by new yrs. Which obviously didnt happen because i stopped going to the gym.
However I tried to watch what i eat and didnt let go of my diet. So I am currently at 162.4lbs.
Even if it is 1 month late I realllly need that boost to lose these 2.4 pounds and hit the 150s by end of january of 1st week of Feb.
Welcome back! Hey, you are back and that's what counts! My goal was to reach 225 lbs by the end of 2009 and that did not happen..I am ten lbs away from 225 and I hope to reach it by February 14. Deadlines can change but we need to keep going no matter what...
Hey, it happens to all of us - you got distracted, lost your focus but you didn't give up, you're here, back on track and ready to go. So many of us gain when we stray but you didn't, that's a major victory so no looking back, no beating yourself up, just keep moving forward to your goal.
