I'm sure it will go away in time. I too have something similar and have noticed since starting to diet it's gotten smaller. Once I get to a healthier weight I'll start hitting the crunches hard core so that I can tone my torso!! Hang in there, we've all been or are there!!

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio..that's where I carry most my weight too and in my hips, butt and thighs...yes, lots of cardio..you might also want to check out Tosca Reno and the Eat Clean Diet. One can do all the crunches they want but they wont see abs until the covering layer of yuck is gone. Crunches won't shrink the belly obut eating clean and cardio, cardio, cardio can help shrink it. Don't forget to incorporate weights to help tone your body too and develop muscle to help boost metabolisim. Hope this is helpful.

Awww sweetie, thats not that bad. As you lose weight you'll lost the fat from the "pouch", but you may have some saggy skin left even at your goal weight. It all depends on your individual skin elasticity and how long it's been stretched, etc. Toning is supposed to help, as is lots of cardio. And really, yours isn't that bad at all!

I feel your pain. I have the exact same thing, so crossing my fingers that I as I lose, I won't get saggy skin. If not, well, at least my kids are worth it. Just like the stretch marks.

Yeah, i am not worried about a little sagging nor the stretch marks, i am worried that it just wont go away...I am working out three times a week, toning, biking and dieting so im hoping with this combo it helps shrink it down.
