Talking One Week Down!!!

I started eating healthier a week ago today. (don't like to say "diet" prefer eating healthier) And I was so excited to step on the scale this morning to see how I did. And to my amazement I have lost 5lbs. Granted it's mostly water weight but still pleasantly pleased!!!

Now comes the obstacle. My husband was laid off on Friday for about 4-6 weeks. Which means I am scared that I am going to revert back to the old habits of eating "cheaper". With out budget tightened I don't want to go back to buying cheaper and unhealthier foods. No wander America is obese. It can get quite expensive to eat healthy.

And I am an emotional eater. If I am stressed I eat. And with the hubs laid off that puts A LOT of stress on me. I just have to stay positive. Things always work out. (except for me )

I CAN DO IT! I CAN DO IT!
