I try and do weights or some form of resistance/strength work 3 times a week which would include shoulders, arms, back, legs, bum etc and core work. I use a combination of machine and free weights and include squats and lunges. I've always found them the best for legs!
My other exercise is a combination of gym (spin, treadmill and rower), outdoor running and dragonboating (paddling). The paddling has been awesome for an all over tone (core, back and shoulders especially) and cardio endurance. I can do a 6 minute bridge now thanks to it! hehe.
Good luck with your weightloss as well, if you can already see some definition now you must already be looking fabulous.
