Hi, my name is Marie. I just stumbled across this forum tonight, and I am so excited! I am trying to loose 50lbs. I have always struggled with my wt-up and down. I gained A LOT of wt with my first pregnancy, but took it off easily when I started wt lifting. Got preggers again and gained A LOT of wt again. After initially loosing 20lbs, the needle on the scale has not budged in two years.
I know how to loose wt. I know what I need to do but I just cant stick with it. I think this forum may help.
