Hey everyone..Im back and ready to get this done. I have been doing 1800 cal/day since last Wednesday 1/06. I have also been walking half a mile to 2 miles per day. So far I have lost 9 lbs :-) Im very proud of myself, and hope to continue this strong. I am highly motivated and this diet is actually pretty easy to maintain. I wanna come back here again because I miss the support here. I have a mini goal to reach by Valentines day..I wanna get down to 330. As of this morning I am 344.6..9 lbs down from my starting weight of 353.6.
I am so inspired by the people on this site, and I look forward to following all the other journeys here too :-)
What type of diet are you following? I've been on a plateau and losing very slowly for the last month. I'm eating the same cals as you and exercising 4 times a week, 45 mins of cardio and 15 mins of weights.
I'm trying to find anything I can to jump start my metabolism again.
