Thanks guys, I know we've all been there
For me, I'm just really focusing on one step at a time. Last night, it was way past my usual dinner time and I had to run an errand. I was in the same shopping center as my faaavorite Chinese buffet. It smelled so amazing, and I was *literally* focusing on one step at a time away from the fat/MSG fest that is Chinese food, haha. It's amazing how powerful food cravings can be.
Even though I had a not so great week, if half of my brain is throwing a tantrum about not eating what it wants, the other half reminds me that how I feel now, 20lbs down, is soooo much better than I felt a few months ago. The happiness and pride I feel when I have a good weigh in is 10 times better than a week of eating tasty junk.
