Default Book: The End of Overeating

I'm reading "The End of Overeating," and it's really interesting, and sort of deperessing so far. We've created all these super tasty things over the last 30 years--now we need to walk away from them. Oh, but rats in a lab--can't.

I've got a ways to read, and hopefully he has some good suggestions. Just acknowledging that realistically, this is very hard, and the deck may be stacked!
