Default Calling all Experts--Please analyze My Fitday

Please click on my MY Fitday link and analyze it for me. Even though I am having no trouble staying under 1800 calories, and am having good success so far, I just don't think I am eating all the right stuff yet. So many of you have been there, done that, so if you don't mind, can you take a peek and tell me what I should change up. Any suggestions appreciated. I know I tend to eat a lot of the same things each day...is that bad?

I have that problem with fitday sometimes. I have been eating tomato tortilla's twice a week instead of bread and I have no idea if its good or not because it's not on fitdays food list.

It doesnt look like you have much if any veggies in there so maybe start incorporating those in. They will fill you up for really few calories
