Default what happened to that post?

A while back I saw a post here talking about your calorie intake vs your exercise and if you should count them totally seperate or if you take your ending balance (intake-output=total daily calories) as your calories for the day....does that make sense?

I use dailyplate and it does show me how much I eat for the day, and how much I burn for the day and then it subtracts and gives me my net calories. I just wondered how you are "supposed" to do it and if anyone has any insight. I know I saw a post, I hate to reask the same questions.....
thanks!!

I don't eat back my calories from working out, no matter what the tracking software says. Anything burned is a bonus.
